Salesforce Limitations

There are some considerations to bear in mind when connecting Salesforce to Datagrid

  • When a user authenticates and grants access to a Connected App, in this case Datagrid, they can only grant access up to 5 times per user. If you exceed this limit, your oldest approval will be revoked. For more information, you can refer to this document.
  • We do not support 2-way syncing between Datagrid and Salesforce at the moment, it is on our roadmap to support in the future.
