For a smooth setup of your Salesforce Connector, please make sure you have the following ready:

  • Access to a Salesforce account with administrator permissions.
  • (Optional) Find your domain in Salesforce's Custom Domain Settings to view and manage your custom domain if needed.

Limitations

There are some considerations to bear in mind when connecting Salesforce to Datagrid:

  • When a user authenticates and grants access to a Connected App, in this case Datagrid, they can only grant access up to 5 times per user. If you exceed this limit, your oldest approval will be revoked. For more information, you can refer to this document.
  • We do not support 2-way syncing between Datagrid and Salesforce at the moment, but it is on our roadmap to support in the future.
